Prices are based on a maximum of 4 persons :
Family Holidays
It’s Never Too Early or Late to Start Enjoying Your Family Vacation
- High Season: June | July | August | September : £75 per night
- Low Season : October | November | December | January | February : £40 per night
- Mid Season: March | April | May : £55 per night
Golf Holidays
If you are a Golf Holiday Party:
- Twe charge £65 per night throughout the year for up to 4 people/ golfers Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Meet & Greet, Laundry & Cleaning of the Apartment
Our management company will be your point of contact while you are in resort and they will welcome you when you arrive, they will also clean and launder the apartment when you leave, the fee for this will be : 70 Euros up to 4 people and an additional 10 Euros per additional person. This Fee is paid upon arrival.
Apartment Reservation
Once you have decided upon your dates, we take a reservation fee of 150 Euros to reserve your dates for you. Your balance is due 6 weeks before you travel. If you decide not to travel your reservation fee IS NOT refundable. We will be as flexible as we ca should you decide to change your dates of travel.
A Welcome document will be emailed to you with contact numbers and information on the resort and appliances in the apartment.
Air Conditioning
We offer air conditioning cards at 5 Euros these can be pre booked before you travel & additional cards will be available while in resort from our management company. You will need approximately 2 cards per week in July & August .. however as we are second floor you do get a lovely breeze and airflow through the terrace doors and the windows throughout the day and you should only need the air con for the evenings. There are large Fans in both bedrooms.
Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers are available from Murcia International Airport @ approx. 35/ 40 Euros each way : From Alicante Airport this will be 80/120 Euros :
Car Hire:
We do recommend hiring a car as there is a lot to do and explore in the region:
There is a bus from the airport in the summer months that goes to the resort, however we suggest that you Google this for when you are arriving.
